Hi, I’m Ashley Soeder. I am located in southern Saskatchewan, working in and around the Regina area. Inspired by the fleeting moments of my own children’s lives, I have set out to help my clients remember the special milestones, and everyday moments of their own lives with photographs. Children grow so quickly, changing almost every day. I want to capture those chubby cheeks, little hands and sweet dimpled smiles. I want you to remember all the sweet little details.
Capturing personality and authentic family moments through a photography session is my passion. I work with families to create a session that is unique to them, capturing what is important. Keeping sessions relaxed and laid back, my goal is to tell your story and let your family and personalities to shine through in photographs you can cherish for years to come.
If you're looking for a lifestyle photographer, I would love to chat with you about planning a session for your family.

My Story
Photography found me shortly after the birth of my second daughter. Sitting on the floor with my children, watching them build with blocks, or play with their favourite toy I began to notice how when the light shone through the window and touched down on them, it created an almost magical moment. I began to become aware of the light and soon found myself framing photographs with my mind wherever I went. I picked up my first DSLR camera in 2014 and have been chasing the light and soaking up every bit of knowledge ever since.
Finding my voice through photography has been such a blessing. I keep busy through personal work, client work and volunteer photography. I am currently a volunteer photographer with Spectrum Inspired, an amazing organization that gives lifestyle family sessions to families touched by autism. I also enjoy taking on personal projects. I am currently working on and looking for participants to take part in The Grandparent project.
Sharing my photographic voice and experience with others has been an amazing growing experience. I’ve moderated with Unraveled Academy, wrote for Offbeat, and offered private lessons. These experiences help me look at my photography journey through a different lens,
When I don't have my camera in hand I can be found telling terrible jokes to my 3 wild and beautiful children, who inspire me and keep me on my toes. In case they didn't keep me busy enough I’m currently pursuing a career in communications, and working on a degree in sociology. Life is busy, loud, and fun; although, if I find a rare quiet hour in my day you might find me sipping a hot tea on our porch swing while reading a book. My days are filled with a little too much coffee, music is a must (current favourites include Freya Ridings and Banners), so much love and a whole lot of silliness.
